ReferenceGoogle Ads account suspension
Not enough info about the provider of goods or services
This verification step asks which business delivers the goods or services to end customers. A reseller, affiliate or drop-shipper has to name that provider, with contact details and proof of the relationship. Put the provider's name and contact details on the form, upload the agreement or contract that links you to it, and remove any claim that you deliver the work yourself.
At a glance
- Where it shows
- The verification form, opened from Admin, then Policy, then Account.
- What stops

- How serious
- Google sends an email and an in-account notification when it cannot verify the business operations.
What it means
Google's page describes the provider as the business that delivers goods or services to end customers. It gives resellers and affiliate marketers as examples, and asks them to identify who is providing the products or services to the end customers.
The name is the provider's, not the advertiser's. A business that resells another company's product has to show the provider's details and the link between them, even when its own name is on the storefront.
What actually triggers it
A reseller whose supplier is not on the form
The advertiser sells the product, but the company that makes or ships it is not named. The form asks for the provider's name, contact details and proof of the relationship.
An affiliate that names only the merchant
An affiliate promotes another company's product. Naming the merchant alone leaves open who delivers the product or service to the customer.
Fix it in this order
- Open Admin, expand the Policy drop-down, and select Account to reach the verification form.
- Write the provider's legal name and contact details, meaning the business that delivers the goods or services to customers.
- Upload proof of the relationship with the provider, such as an agreement or contract.
- Remove any claim on the website that suggests you make or deliver what the provider supplies, unless you can document it.
