These terms apply when you use adrythm.com or contact Adrythm ("we", "us") about our services. By using the site, you agree to them. If you sign a service agreement with us, that agreement governs the work itself; these terms cover the website and our communications with you.

Using this site

You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to break or probe our systems, and no submitting false or misleading information through the contact form.

Our services

We provide ad management, an AI receptionist, website development, and related technical work. Descriptions on this site are informational and are not a binding offer. The scope, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are set out in the written agreement or proposal we send you, not on this site.

SMS terms

If you opt in to text messages through our contact form, you agree to receive messages from Adrythm about your inquiry and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing anything from us. Intellectual property

The content on this site, including copy, design, and code, belongs to Adrythm unless stated otherwise. When we build a website for a client, ownership of that deliverable is governed by the client agreement, and our standard practice is that the client owns their accounts and their code.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as is. We work hard to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we make no warranties about the site itself, and nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice. Results from advertising and marketing work depend on many factors and are never guaranteed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrythm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Our total liability related to the site is limited to one hundred dollars. Liability for client engagements is addressed in the applicable service agreement.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
