Privacy policy.
Effective August 11, 2026
This policy explains what information Adrythm ("we", "us") collects when you visit adrythm.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. Most visitors give us very little. If you become a client and connect an advertising account, we also handle your business data, and the sections on connected accounts below explain exactly what that means.
Information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect the details you choose to give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name, and whatever you tell us about your project. We also collect standard technical information that every website receives, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited, through our analytics tools.
How we use your information
We use your contact details to respond to your inquiry, provide our services, and communicate with you about work you have asked us to do. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand how the site is used and to improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
SMS and text messaging
If you check the SMS opt-in box on our contact form, you consent to receive text messages from Adrythm related to your inquiry and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can get help by replying HELP or emailing clients@adrythm.com.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your SMS opt-in consent and phone number are never sold, rented, or shared with anyone for marketing. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver the messages themselves (for example, our SMS service provider) or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for basic site functionality and analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Connecting your advertising accounts
If you become a client, you can connect the accounts that run your advertising by signing in with Google and choosing which accounts to share. You are granting access to accounts you already own. We are added as a user or a linked manager, and the accounts stay in your name.
Depending on what you connect, we read your Google Ads campaigns, keywords, search terms, budgets, conversion actions, and performance figures; your Google Analytics traffic and conversion reporting; and your Google Tag Manager container configuration, so we can install and check conversion tracking. With your permission we also add our agency address to the Analytics property and Tag Manager container you selected, so we can do the work without asking you to navigate several Google screens yourself.
We never read your email, files, contacts, or calendar, and we do not request permission to. We only ever add our own agency address, and only to the accounts you picked.
You can remove our access yourself at any time, from Google's own settings, without contacting us and without our agreement. If we stop working together the accounts and their history stay with you, because they were always yours.
How we use Google user data
Adrythm's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide the advertising services you asked us for. We do not transfer it to others except as needed to provide those services, for security purposes, or where the law requires it. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train machine learning models. We do not let people read it except with your permission, where needed for security, where the law requires it, or where it has been aggregated and anonymised. In practice that means the people who run Adrythm look at your advertising data in order to manage your advertising, because that is the service you hired us for.
Call tracking and recordings
If we run call tracking for you, calls generated by your advertising are logged with the caller's number, the time and length of the call, and the campaign or keyword that produced it. Where recording is switched on, calls may also be recorded and transcribed so that a real customer can be told apart from a wrong number.
Recording law is not the same everywhere, and your callers may be calling from anywhere. You are responsible for the announcement your callers hear and for following the law where you operate. We will configure that announcement for you, and we will switch recording off whenever you ask.
How long we keep your information
We keep contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. If you want your information deleted, email us and we will remove it unless we are legally required to keep it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email clients@adrythm.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it here and revise the effective date at the top. Material changes will be noted clearly.
