About Adrythm

Two brothers, side by side since fourteen and sixteen.

We are Cole and Grant Epley. Before there was a company there was every job you can name, worked together. The work changed. What we learned at the front counter did not.

The jobs, in order

  1. 01

    Safeway

Bagging and scanning groceries. The first job either of us had, and the first time we worked the same shift.

  2. 02

    Chipotle

A few years on the line. You learn what a queue of hungry people thinks of a slow one.

  3. 03

    A golf course

Early mornings and members who remember your name. Service is a habit, not a department.

  4. 04

    A Stryker warehouse

Where things have to be right every time, because somebody downstream is counting on it.

  5. 05

    Google Ads

Three years inside the platform, learning how it decides what a click costs.

  6. 06

    The agencies

Years inside the arrangement most businesses get sold: the account in the agency's name, the fee bundled into the spend.

  7. 07

    Adrythm

The company we started to break that chain.

What we took from all of it

Take care of people. Do not take advantage of them.

That was the rule at home before it was a rule at work. Every one of those jobs was a front counter of some kind, and the people on the other side of it could always tell the difference between somebody looking after them and somebody working them. So can your customers. So can you.

01

Do the work ourselves

The people you meet on the first call are the people in your account, your code and your dashboard. There is no layer between you and the work.

02

Leave you owning everything

Ad accounts, tracking, the code, the data. In your name from day one. Nothing is held over your head.

03

Say the expensive thing

When a budget should shrink, when a project should pause, when we are not the right fit. It costs us money to say it, and it is why people stay.

How we run it

Small on purpose.

A limited number of clients
So each one gets both of us. Nobody is a number in a portfolio.
Grown by people we already worked with
Most of our clients came from somebody we had already done work for. That only happens when the work is good.
Both of us on call
Requests go to the people actually in the account. Same day is the norm.
Built to outlast us
Our contracts oblige us personally to hand over hosting, credentials and documentation if we ever stopped operating. You should never be one company away from losing your own systems.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us what you sell and what is not working. If we are not the right fit, you will hear that on the first call, for free.
