Invoice, email signature and receptionist tools

The invoice, the signature under every email and the way a call is answered when nobody can pick up are often the parts of a business a customer sees first. These tools build each one from your own details.

Which one you need

  1. Invoice generator

To send an invoice with line items, discounts and tax, and export it, without an accounting subscription.

  2. AI receptionist setup builder

To turn your call policy into the prompt, routing rules, follow-up messages and test calls an AI receptionist needs.

Details that get missed

Put the due date on the invoice as a date

Terms such as Net 30 leave the customer to work out the day. A due date written out, with how to pay beside it, removes the most common reason an invoice sits unpaid.

Keep the signature as text

A signature made as one image is blank when images are blocked, and its phone number cannot be tapped. Keep the name, number and address as text, with the logo beside them.

Write the routing rules before the greeting

An AI receptionist is only as good as its rules: which calls are urgent, who gets transferred, what gets a callback and what it must never promise. Test it with your hardest real calls before it answers a customer.
