The short answer

No, and nobody honest can. What we do promise is the work: new pages every month, technical problems fixed, and your own Search Console numbers (Google's record of your search traffic) reported to you every month so you can judge it on your results. If traffic stalls, we add more pages at no extra cost, in writing.
