About us and our services

How do I know what you are actually doing?

The short answer

You can watch. Your dashboard lists every campaign with what it spent and brought back, every tracked call and what became of it, and a timeline of every change made to the account with who made it, including the changes Google applies on its own. Where the timeline cannot see, it says so.

Why who-made-it matters more than it sounds

Google sometimes applies its own recommendations to an account automatically, and its native history can stamp those changes with the account owner's name. Read that log alone and you would conclude you made a change you never made. Our timeline attributes each change to who actually made it: us, you, or Google acting on its own.

The timeline also states its own limits instead of hiding them. It says where its history starts and which days are missing, because an empty week should never read as a quiet one.

Nothing happens to the account silently

Changes to what the account spends are previewed before they are applied, and a newly built campaign arrives switched off until a budget is deliberately assigned to it. The dashboard is not a summary written after the fact. It is the same view we work from.
