About us and our services
What is the difference between ad spend and your fee?
The short answer
They are two separate payments to two separate places. Your ad spend goes from you straight to Google, Microsoft or Meta on your own card. Our fee is 20% of that spend and it is the only thing you pay us. Spend $4,000 in a month and Google bills you $4,000 while we bill you $800.
Why we never touch the ad spend
Some agencies put your budget on their own card and invoice you for the total, which makes one number where there should be two. You cannot see what the platform actually charged, you cannot see what the agency added, and you are trusting a summary instead of reading a bill.
Yours stays on your card, inside your account, so the platform's own invoice is the record. We never hold it, route it, or mark it up.
Which number should be bigger
The spend, by a distance. At our rate the fee is a fifth of the budget, so for every dollar that reaches us, five are buying clicks. If that ratio ever inverts, something has gone wrong, and the most likely thing that has gone wrong is that the budget is too small to be worth managing. We will tell you if that is the case.
