FAQ

How fast can I launch a new website that actually converts?

A focused service business site can launch in 14 to 21 days if you skip the design committee and focus on the seven pages that actually drive revenue. A typical agency rebuild takes three to four months because most of that time is design opinions, not actual building.

The 14-day launch path

Days 1 to 3 we run a one-hour discovery, lock the offer, write the homepage and primary service page, and pick three reference sites. Days 4 to 8 we build the site on a proven template with all seven core pages. Days 9 to 12 we wire conversion tracking, call tracking, forms, and the CRM. Days 13 to 14 we QA on mobile, run page speed checks, and launch.

This works because the bottleneck is decisions, not technology. Pre-decide the offer, the hero promise, and the primary call to action and the build is fast.

Shortcuts that ruin results

Skipping mobile QA. Forgetting to set up call tracking before launch. Building 40 pages when 7 would have converted better. Spending two weeks on logo polishing while leaving forms broken.

If you are starting from a working site, do not rebuild for vanity. Fix the three highest-traffic pages and put the rebuild budget into traffic. Real money lives in conversion lift on the pages people already see.
